Warranty Management
Warranty Management – At CloudSyncIT, we provide a minimum of 12 months guarantee on any service we provide. Within that timeframe if any fault or deficiency is found we investigate and propose a course of action with the aim to ensure we have 100% satisfied clients. Every product we supply has a minimum 12 months warranty from new and if the manufacturer provides a longer standard warranty i.e. 24 or 36 months we pass this onto the client on a back-to-back arrangement or OEM warranties provided by the various equipment vendors.
Within the warranty period any failure is responded to on a best endeavours basis. Often this means almost instantly but a ‘best endeavours’ basis gives us the chance to respond within a typically longer time frame of 24 working hours. For a guaranteed faster response time, a maintenance contract should be purchased.

Document control —With a robust document management abilities such as SharePoint features on O365 will enable you to automate and better manage all tasks relating to documents-based processes; maintain all documentation in a single repository; and integrate quality processes like CAPA and audits.
Training management — We can help automate the assigning and monitoring of training tasks; and integrate training management with the rest of the quality control system, so any change to a quality document or process that requires new training will automatically prompt training tasks upon approval of the change.
